Royal Hartwig has spent more than two decades immersed in Chicagoland real estate. After graduating from Florida International University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Psychology, he launched his career in 2004 with Coldwell Banker, where he was named Rookie of the Year and quickly rose to become the #1 agent in an office of 120. In 2015, he opened his own brokerage, Royal Family Real Estate, growing it into one of the Northwest Suburbs' most respected firms and earning a spot among the top 1% of Realtors in the region by sales volume.

Outside the office, Royal is a husband and father of two. When he's not looking after clients' properties, he's usually out on the softball or football field, or spending time with his family.
